– Every year the production of KTW is becoming more modern and high-tech, at the same time the qualifications of the workforce is increasing, - said Yuriii Mamin, general director of the enterprise, in his welcome address to the factory workers. “We are proud that the quality and efficiency of equipment manufactured under the KTW brand has received international recognition. But the main asset of the plant is courageous and talented people devoted to their native enterprise.
Traditionally, the official part of the program included congratulations from employees who received awards and titles. This year, 50 people were entered on the KTW Wall of Fame, the names of another 10 employees were entered in the factory Book of Honor. The title “Honored Veteran of OJSC “KTW” was awarded to 25 employees of the enterprise, four employees were awarded the title of Honored Industrial Workers of Kaluga Region. Another nine turbine builders were awarded diplomas of the regional Ministry of Economic Development and one got diploma of the Governor of Kaluga region.
The concert continued with the participation of KTW music bands and famous Kaluga artists.
